I came to this location to get ideas and materials to completely re landscape my front yard. Unfortunately not a single one of the staff members greeted me nor had any interest in coming to help. I walked the whole property and not once was I helped. I will never support small businesses that won’t help a customer. It’s Monday 11am and not busy at all. All the potted plants and perennials look stressed and very overwatered. It’s like they are selling the Walmart rejects for double the price. No thanks Wagner

On Saturday, May 31, 2025, I ordered 2 yards of road mix for a project I was doing. It arrived this morning, June 3, 2025. I believe the price was reasonable, and the service was very good. I have more material that will be needed to finish my project, and I will order it from Wagner Nursery & Landscape.

Horrible customer service and they flat out robbed me. I bought two yards of material and barely got a yard for 125 bucks. They have a half yard bucket on their machine and just ripping people off. I went to scales immediately after and didn’t even have 1800 pounds in my trailer of rock and decomposed granite. Also I requested for and paid for masons sand and they gave me decomposed granite. Jeffrey just gave me a full yard, significantly more than the two yards I paid for yesterday at Wagner, for 24 dollars. I own a construction company here in town and they have lost all my business and my customers too. Can not believe what we dealt with at Wagner

Customer service was none existent. I was there to buy trees and shubs, but was given the brush off like I was interrupting their daily routine. Must be for contractors only.
